This Romney/Perry spokesperson is on MSNBC and looks like an Avon truck crashed into him. He has a fake tan with make up all over his face and wearing some type of lipstick. Looks like he is made up for a 1960s color broadcast where excessive make up was a requirement due to the technology. With High Def, he looks like he is about to go on Ru Paul's show.
