Yahoo Employees Are 'LIVID' Over Thompson's Resume Scandal

Yahoo employees are angry, disappointed, and feeling pushed to the limit because of CEO Scott Thompson's resume scandal.

For at least eight years, Thompson allowed people – employers, employees, and shareholders of eBay and Yahoo – to believe that he had a computer science degree from Stonehill College when he did not actually have one.

The scandal started with an accusatory letter from Yahoo shareholder Dan Loeb last Thursday.

Yesterday we asked Yahoo employees to tell how angry are they, exactly?

How angry? LIVID! This douchebag comes in, brings with him his useless cronies from PayPal (btw, *not* a single good word about his tenure at PayPal from anyone who touched him there), sets up shop with Boston Consulting Group, lays off 2,000 people, but worst of all, gets rid of all QA and Product Mgmt people -- doesn't lay them off, but puts them on various transition plans, ranging from 3 to 12 mos. Why? Because he's a cheap scumbag, and if they bolt before their transition is over, they lose all severance.

Now, it turns out he's a lying motherf***er??? I say build a guillotine in the courtyard of Blgds A and D and chop his head off. Unapologetic, arrogant ass is what he is. The sooner he goes (and btw, let's pray ALL OF THE BOARD sinks to the bottom of Pacific Ocean along with him), the better it is for the future of Yahoo. Not that this company can be salvaged at this point, but at least there's *some* hope.

Everyone hates his guts. He keeps saying that he doesn't care if *everyone* leaves -- he'll rebuild the company from the ground up. Except, he wouldn't know from building a company -- he's a fraud, a liar, and a douchebag. He cheated and lied his way to his position at PayPal, didn't get caught, got brazen, and decided to swing it to become a CEO of an ailing giant. I hope he falls hard and lands on his thick head!

This sentiment, btw, is shared by almost all of middle management, and most of the directors and VPs. The guy is dead meat, even if he doesn't know it yet.
