Chris Christie? I知 reading this a.m...

That yesterday’s indictments of will most likely end his presidential run..

Fuck that! Will Bill Baroni, Bridget Anne Kelly, just ride into the darkness w/o spilling any info on their boss and the role he played..?

Can anyone here, honestly believe he had nothing to do with the scheme?
At the least, a quick nod by the big rat. when one of the above mentioned first advised what their scheme
entailed.. You know the old, “don’t tell me but good job bullshit”?

NY Times:

Brigid Harrison, a professor of political science at Montclair State University who has studied Mr. Christie closely for years, said the indictments of Bridget Anne Kelly and Bill Baroni, once two of the governor’s most loyal and trusted lieutenants, spelled the death knell for his national aspirations.
“Even if he is not directly connected to the indictments,” Professor Harrison said, “he is guilty of creating a political culture in which corruption was allowed to flourish.”

Mr. Christie faces the specter of a lengthy and embarrassing criminal trial overshadowing the 2016 presidential campaign, in which the star witness — David Wildstein, a onetime Christie loyalist who pleaded guilty on Friday to two counts of conspiracy — still maintains the governor was aware of the lane-closing plot as it happened.

idea but that he knew, when the trial calls Wildstein to testify, which they will.

He has said he knows what Christie knew...

it is coming.

I would pay money to see that condescending, arrogant prick Chris christie in jail.

3. I read somewhere that a more likely scenario would be Baroni, Kelly and Wildstein flipping on

others who would then flip on Christie if indicted. The individuals they thought Baroni & Co would flip on were higher ups in the organization. (I can't remember the names, but they were individuals who worked more closely with Christie)

retaliate, either by harming them in prison, or by threatening those they care about. Even saying he knew, without saying he approved encouraged the use of the bridge closing as punishment, might be a step beyond what is completely safe.

It is generally assumed that Christie has ties to certain, um, "elements" that one would not want to get riled up.

grotesque than it already is. Plus, we all get to sit through this movie again! See all of our favorite actors. We could make up programs with a cast of characters and sell popcorn...
