Most of us get it. Continued bludgeoning and generalizing really don't make things any better imo.

(5,764 posts)This video is a satirical representation of the racial bias against black people in the media coverage of the riots in Baltimore. We saw exactly the same element in the coverage of New Orleans, in Catrina's wake. This sort of institutionalized racism needs to be highlighted regularly. You shouldn't take it personally.

(39,215 posts)in this nation that are not right that we need to know. Using satire to show the effect of how the MSM portrays black people does not seem out of line to me.
If we are going to educate on DU we need to be able to present the issues we are talking about.

(39,215 posts)at Ferguson MO and Baltimore and he talks with the people there not some talking head who is also far away. He is also in contact with and works with black reporters on site.
I thought that it was funny that Chris stood by when they kicked Geraldo out and later interviewed the teens who did it. This is more than likely where he got the topic for the OP statements.
