Popular argument by conservatives blame "liberal" policies for Baltimore's problems

There are many births out of wedlock and many children have no fathers in the home. That may all be true but is it really "liberal" policies that caused it?

One factor, perhaps the biggest factor, is the decades-long "War on Drugs". How many black fathers are in prison for minor drug offenses? Although Democrats have gone along with this "war on drugs" over the years, it is primarily a "conservative" policy.

There are consequences to bad legislation.

it's always been that liberals are on the defensive, and concede that conservative argument.

I'm seeing more people stand up to it recently, even for example on Bill O'Reilly, Connie Rice in the video below.

Even Alveda King, who I believe is a conservative, pushed back on part of O'Reilly's line of bullshit.
