About 5 mins after curfew set in and a "maybe bottle thrown at cops", that no one really saw, the young man was full on pepper sprayed by a white shirt cop. Then he was dragged off to the side. Eventually, a different cop poured some water on his face while he was lying on the sidewalk in hand cuffs.

If you look carefully at the videos posted, it appears they were being pelted as they moved the protestor from the street to the sidewalk where this from was captured. This single frame was as they lifted him again and in the videos he appears to be grimacing and letting out a breath as they lift - could this single frame show what appears to be a smile but instead is his face strained as they lift him and focus on incoming objects?
