Does the queen of England actually sign anything? Or does she have people for that?

Legislation passed by Parliament just as the President signs passed legislation here. And yup, it's (name) R.

So unless something would happen to little Prince George, Charlotte is not likely to ever signing with an 'R'.

to the royals. She's a commoner, or at least she was before she married William. And Diana's family was outside the royal family tree as well IIRC.

Now a hundred years ago, nearly every royal in Europe couldn't help but marry a first or second cousin.
