No. The crafty old lady sneak manipulated Uncle Junior into thinking Tony was a threat to him, to the point where Junior suddenly decided he needed to put a hit out on Tony.

Meanwhile, Livia got to continue to pretend she was nothing but a little, frail, old confused lady.
