Question on a Professional Summary statement.

My wife has a job interview tomorrow and she has redone her resume adding a statement... Something she has never done. The form she used for her resume has been from college.

This is her statement:

Friendly and enthusiastic Customer Representative with 16 years of specialization in both business and health services. Able to learn new tasks quickly and proficient in growing key customer relationships. Represent establishments with friendly, professional demeanor at all times.

She looked at working in the group home setting and home aide as customer service (in a non traditional sense because you are serving not only the client but you are representing the companies and giving them a professional impression of the company by the work the community see you doing and hopefully wanting the company she worked for to work with their relative in need or at least suggesting the company to others.)

If someone can give us some feed back she would like to print this soon--WE would greatly appreciate it.

I would recommend rewording the "she looked at" type language to more of a " Suzanne worked in group home setting and home aide roles , representing her employer directly by demonstrating ....etc"

Best of luck!
