Seth Gilliam, who joined the cast last season as the morally conflicted Rev. Gabriel Stokes, was arrested in Peachtree City, Georgia, early Sunday.

According to the Peachtree City Police Department, Gilliam was speeding 107 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour zone, and a marijuana cigarette was found in the car.

He was taken to the Fayette County Jail and charged with DUI, drug possession and speeding.

Gilliam was not far from Senoia, Georgia, where the hit AMC series is shot. Peachtree City about 30 miles southwest of downtown Atlanta.

2. Lucky to get just "speeding". In VA, anything 20 mph more than posted limit is "reckless driving"

which is a misdemeanor offense and can carry jail time just by itself. Generally, it can get pleaded down but since it's a criminal charge you're pretty much stuck having to put money out for a lawyer for the plead-down.

I see that GA has a "reckless driving" offense so I am surprised that Gilliam didn't get that charge in this case.

And I hope he's the next to die on TWD. Nothing to do with this arrest, I just hate his character.
