Local news is all over E-Cigs tonight. Consensus is they are bad. My experience...No smoking since

June 2014

E-Cigs have saved my life. I was a 1-2 pack a day smoker and had the start of emphysema I quit smoking before my body got worse. E-Cigs saved my life

menthol cigs. Swore that was all I would ever need cause it wouldn't work

next month marks a year and I am down to 12 strength nicotine and have changed to a smoother melon flavor

now working down to 0 and then I won't be vaping any more

most were not carded. The place I get my juice was one that didn't check ID

second segment deals with all the enticing flavors that younger kids might like...

I like a smooth melon or watermelon flavor I also do a harsher menthol flavor as that is what I smoked for years.

Without e-cigs I would still be smoking.

Started at 36 strength nicotine and am now down to 12 strength

I say E-Cigs are doing a great thing!

5. The problem is not e-cigs... it's the marketing campaign to make them "cool" to the next generation

hooking yet another generation on nicotine.

The marketing seems to be working too, unfortunately.

For current smokers... these things are lifesavers.

8. 3 weeks off cigs with the patch...

24 hours without a patch...30 years smoking this was the easiest method for me...I've quit 2 times before, 1st time cold turkey 5 years started chewing cigars which led to smoking cigarettes again, 6 months the other time used nic mints and started up while out drinking one night. I know know I can't ever use any nicotine product again or risk smoking again.

Cigarettes are incredibly addictive… .DON'T START!

Sidenote: Do you know that the tobacco companies placed them in USO Care packages during WWII for the sole purpose of addicting the troops?
