I suppose it's just subjective, but he always sounds sane and rational to me. It has a calming effect on me. Some people raise my blood pressure, but O'Malley seems to lower it.

The only way the problem of inequality can be solved and investments in human beings and infrastructure can be made is by taxing the hell out of those who have most of the wealth.

Unfortunately, as president, O'Malley would have to get back a democratic House and Senate in order to do that.

It can be done, however; but we need a grassroots uprising. And a whole heck of a lot of pitchforks, just in case.

I like the way O'Malley puts it: We have to choose between rebalancing the economy or pitchforks.
