I'm thinking that the sudden rise in ISIS threats, is just part of the "More Fear, All of the Time". You know like the changing color codes of old, to let us know when to be afraid... Or very Afraid!!!1!!?

5. Except that court didn't rule collection was unconstitutional.

The court ruled that NSLs created by the Patriot act couldn't be used to implement the collection.

What makes the metadata collection constitutional? An over-broad 1979 SCOTUS ruling.

You want to stop the collection, you either have to get Congress to declare phone records private ( ), or you need another case to reach the SCOTUS to change the 1979 ruling.

show the terrorists the freedoms we have that they love to hate. Or was that when we have a national disaster? I have completely forgotten what Bush and Cheney and Rummy told us to do and when we should do it.
We better elect Jeb so his brother can be in charge of terror alerts again.

14. Meanwhile, Cass Sunstein says mentioning government criminality is a crime.

Mongering "conspiracy theories" threatens order.

Guess that makes noticing government criminality a crime.

Mentioning that the mass murdering war criminals Bush and Cheney, as well as their cronies, the Warmongers and the Banksters, walk free is probably treason.
