On The Ed Show - How Does One Interpret The Polling Going On At The Bottom Of The Screen?....

I've seen this before and I really don't know what I'm looking at. It has Yes & No at either end of a line with red and blue bars that move. I'm feeling really dumb on this one - but I don't know what I'm looking at. Please help.
