Posting about one's hate and contempt helps relieve one's natural anger. So, please, enough of these condescending lectures I occasionally see here on DU. People have a right to their righteous anger. The best advice is to suggest positive ways in which to channel it.

Our society delivers violence from the top down to the bottom. We accept this, it's "just the way it is." But if hte flow reverses, then we find outrage over violence. Then we cry, something must be done.
