Last summer, Anthony Lyons was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic luekemia and began intensive treatment. Visits from therapy dogs began to lift his spirits during his long days of chemotherapy. Recognizing the power of animals, and knowing that a therapy dog cannot visit the hospital every day, a family friend created a facebook page called “Photo Doggies For Anthony” where people can share their dog photos with Anthony. The idea for the page is simple – it allows people to post a picture of their dog or cat, and then Anthony’s mom shares every posted picture with her son. Since it’s creation, the page has gone viral and has over 300,000 posts from around the world! Want to share your own pet pictures with Anthony? Check out his Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/events/1005474049479538/

Hear more about Anthony and what you can do to help!
