Ethan, 8, had a trip to Disneyland in California to forget on Thursday after a hug from an overzealous Pluto left him nursing a sore back
Cell phone footage shows the young boy almost in tears immediately after the encounter with Micky Mouse's exuberant dog
The boy's mother claims that reps at the resort initiially tried to pretend that nothing had happened and refused them access to a wheelchair
A trip to the hospital resulted in a muscle strain diagnosis for Ethan and the resot has promised to reimbursh all medical costs

1. Pluto attacked me also!!! I'm Serial!!

It happened when I still thought Disneyland was cool so like-forever ago...Parental unit in charge & all that.

Goofy came up to me & pointed his big finger at my chest. like a dope I looked down & up comes the finger-what a classic. Only I honestly didn't think it was funny. And I'm sure the kid in this incident was somewhat traumatized. But to sue over such an incident is absurd and I hope that does not happen in this case.

I got over it by smoking a doobie on Pirate Island when another kid offered.

The haunted mansion afterwards was awesome.
