I am extremely upset about what the police in Omaha did to this hurt mountain lion.

This beyond inhumane.
The Humane Society there should be ashamed of their part in it.
If the cat had to be killed, they should have found a humane way. They obviously can't shoot worth a damn.

That's why they tend to empty their clips when they feel threatened.

Agree, there were obvious alternatives. But they might have required, oh I don't know, compassion or something?
