they could end up on that firing range being cut to ribbons by AAC gunfire.

The worst consequence a kid in the bottom video would get for hitting a wrong note might be a bit of mocking by his or her peers.

I'm not going to argue against the threat they pose to their neighbors and ultimately the world. It's an insane, dangerous cult of personality that sacrifices the lives and souls of the population to appease the spiritually deficient offspring of a spiritually deficient offspring of a ruthless ego tripper.

Sane, caring people hope and pray there is never a resumption of hostilities on the Korean peninsula. Perhaps, somehow, some way, the Kim dynasty can be broken and sane people can bring North Korea into the modern cooperative world.

A reunited Korea could become quite the powerhouse. They're not stupid people by a long shot, and they do have stick-to-it-iveness.
