Senate Dems to OK fast track for TPP based on bills that won't be passed by the House

Sen. Harry Reid said the "deal" with the Senate Republicans is based on Mitch McConnell allowing votes on a couple of Democratic bills about TPP related things.

However, according to Schoolhouse Rock, those Democratic bills - even if they pass the Senate - aren't worth the paper they are written on UNLESS Speaker John Boehner magically passes similar bills out of the GOP-led US House of Representatives.
