Ouch, Pry Bar Used to Stop Man's Snoring

Elizabeth Hogrefe was arrested in Lincoln Monday morning for assaulting her boyfriend with a steel pry bar because he was snoring and woke her up.
Hogrefe faces a third degree domestic assault charge. Her bond is set for ten percent of $10,000. If she makes bail, the judge ordered that she has no contact with the victim.
Police were called out because Hogrefe's boyfriend was reportedly stumbling in the roadway. When officers got there, they were able to find him at the U-Stop near 32nd and Cornhusker in Lincoln.
The boyfriend told police that he was staying with Hogrefe at the Kings Inn Motel, near 35th & Cornhusker when he was awakened by Hogrefe yelling.
