Thanks just a big bunch w & Cheney for your war that produed ISIS ..... Palmyra, Syria

One of the most historical places in the world, Palmyra, Syria is now in the hands of ISIS.
W & Cheney just had to get into Iraq and open up the gates of hell w/their war. God only
knows how many dead and wounded the world will get in the end, trillions of dollars will be
squandered, and priceless pieces of the world's history will be ruined because of the unneeded
Iraq war that W and company lied us into.

God am I pissed! And fuck you too Jeb for cheating in Florida 2000 election which put
w & Cheney into power. And now President Obama has the almost impossible of trying to clean
up their mess.

Sorry to ramble but I am really pissed off .... and nothing will happen to them but our "liberal
media" will talk about Hillary's emails and Bill's charity.

ISIS is 'everywhere' in Syria's ancient city of Palmyra

(CNN)"They are everywhere."

That's a 26-year-old Syrian's stark observation about ISIS fighters in Palmyra, detailing the terrorist group's swift, destructive takeover of yet another city in the brutal quest to expand its caliphate in the Middle East.

The capture of Syria's ancient city threatens a UNESCO World Heritage Site described as having "stood at the crossroads of several civilizations," with its art and architecture mixing Greek, Roman and Persian influences, according to that U.N. group.

U.N. and Syrian officials have expressed fears that ISIS will destroy the ruins, just as it flattened the ancient Assyrian city of Nimrud and smashed statues in Iraq's Mosul Museum.

Nice job on "regime change" in Libya, too.

Not that any of that has anything to do with the rise of ISIS. ISIS is entirely W's fault, of course.

McCain and Republican warmongers stomp their feet and blame Obama for not leaving troops in Iraq. Didn't GWB try that and fail? I doubt that Iran would have ever allowed their buddy al-Maliki and his mainly Shia government to approve a continuing large U.S. troop presence even if they wanted to.

I've never seen such a mess and it's largely due to Republican foreign policy incompetence and lies. What the Hell are they doing in control of Congress?

that I got to visit both Palmyra, and Jerash in Jordan, back in my 20s. I know so much more has been uncovered since, but at least I saw some of it.
