I'm not a psychologist but...

in my opinion, people like Lindsey Graham, Marco Rubio, and others, that loudly boast that they will hunt down our "enemies" and "kill them" are deficient in the human qualities to be president. A strong person would have no need to make such boasts. What they are really saying is that they have no qualms at all at putting someone else's life on the line for their political future. They are disturbed individuals who should be avoided like the plague.

It's springtime, and Republicans are feeling hawkish again. See how Sen. Rand Paul's views on foreign policy have shifted as he's adopted a more aggressive stance. It wasn't that long ago when the Kentucky Republican was staging a talking filibuster against the Obama administration's drone policy, warning the American people that the president might deploy a drone against an American citizen on American soil without judicial process.

At the time, the administration criticized Paul for engaging in "wild hypotheticals" before agreeing that using a drone to kill an American this way would be beyond President Obama's authority. Yet over the weekend, Sen. Lindsey Graham seemed to suggest that what Paul imagined as a dystopian nightmare could be a reality if the Republican from South Carolina were president.

"If I’m president of the United States and you’re thinking about joining al-Qaeda or ISIL [Islamic State], I’m not gonna call a judge," Graham said. "I’m gonna call a drone and we will kill you."

Maybe he could threaten to capture them and blow them to bits with an AA gun like another great leader.

Yet, none of the volunteered to serve in the military when they had the chance. Note- I don't think people should feel it necessary to have served, but don't run around thumping your chest about killing enemies when you could have actually done something rather than bloviate. What a bunch of brave people they are.

Esp. when they go into raptures over our "men and women who served" and then don't appropriate enough money for VA hospitals to operate properly.

They should be ashamed of themselves...
