Judge who expunged Duggar records is a Huckabee appointee

Circuit Judge, Juvenile Division, Madison and Washington Counties, Elected in November 1998

Deputy Prosecutor, Washington County Juvenile Court, 1993-1998

Former volunteer attorney ad litem for children in Washington and Madison Counties

Appointed by Governor Mike Huckabee and served on the Arkansas Coalition for Juvenile Justice, 1999-2005

Appointed by Governor Mike Huckabee and served on the Criminal Detention Facility Review Committee, 1995-1998

Served as Special Judge for Benton County Juvenile Court

Private law practice in Fayetteville, 1989-1998

Licensed to practice law in both Arkansas and Texas
