What is President Clinton's legacy of great policy changes and legislation?

I would like to focus on the good things accomplished in the 90's,
as I am sure many would. I think I can recite the objectionable stuff
right quick, but there was surely a lot of great things done back then.
feel free to contribute, I wont have a negative thing to say here.
thanks!

Memory issues do not become a problem unless you already have the desire to focus on something. I asked why you wanted to focus on this. Besides, a wiki or two would refresh your recollection.

for sale of one's home. Before, taxes were due on the capital gain and he changed that so there is no tax on the capital gain when the house is sold.

the uber wealthy selling their McMansions). Also, if you join the Peace Corps (among other things) the 2 year holding rule can be waived.

When it comes to principal residences, the IRS gives homeowners a huge break when they sell their homes for a profit. If you’ve lived in your home for two out of the last five years and sell, you can exclude from capital gains taxes $250,000 in profits from the sale. If you’re married, you are entitled to exclude $500,000 in profits.

I never had to worry about. I bet a lot of Seattle homeowners will run into those limits. In the city, home prices are going through the roof in some neighborhoods.

... what the better presidents have regardless of how people like to dehumanize them.

The "left" doesn't have big problems with their presidents they have big problems with remembering mostly because these presidents don't toot their own horns

SCHIP
Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 - raised taxes on the rich cut taxes for middle class
93 Brady Bill
Assault weapons ban, no teeth but a start
Student could borrow money directly from the government at lower rate

GATT - double edge sword but a start
Former Soviet Union nukes
