A man has a stroke and doesn't comply - SO - the police taser and pepper spray him



The Fredericksburg Police Department released this body camera video of Officer Shaun Jurgens. Jurgens used a stun gun and pepper sprayed a man who was having a medical emergency May 4. Some audio was redacted to protect personal information of the driver.

Or, is it acceptable police procedure to just taser people who are not causing any trouble but do not immediately respond to police commands? Even if their non-responsiveness is due to serious illness?
