Anybody know of any country that gives its citizens an income because

there aren't enough jobs?

I've heard that proposed for the US and I'm down with it. I expect it's going to be a hard sell in this country though.

Have a system where you can either collect a monthly unemployment check, or they will give you x amount of years worth up front along with ten other people to start up your own company, but by doing so you forfeit your right to future unemployment for x amount of time.
