The vet's cemetery is right near the convergence of the Mississippi and Minnesota rivers
There are many bald eagles in the area.

4. Ft. Snelling is a great place for spotting eagles.

Lots of them around there, where the Minnesota and Mississippi Rivers converge. There's no better place to watch eagles, except maybe along the Chilkat River in Alaska. They nest in the tall trees along the river, where they can find ample food for their young.
