WI jobs agency created by Gov. Scott Walker slammed in audit. Bloomberg:

“…Wisconsin’s Legislative Audit Bureau released a report showing the authority failed to follow the law and its own policies in awarding taxpayer-funded incentives. It also didn’t always require grant and loan recipients to document that jobs were created or retained.”

Until he was fired, or urged to resign the chair, whichever makes you the most comfortable to say.

He formed the "privatized swamp where money went" (as a semi privatized entity, state regulations for state agencies were only semi enforceable. Even then they were only semi applied). He ruled the swamp.
In the strangest series of amazing coincidences, completely unrelated campaign donators to the Wisconsin Club for Growth manged to land contracts with the WEDC (and in compliance with the Wisconsin effort to reduce paperwork and lower cellulite waste, records were not stringently required).

Now, he has left the Wisconsin swamp.
Perhaps he can find a larger one somewhere?
