Hoods and Badges: 2006 FBI Report Warned Of White Supremacists Infiltrating America’s Police Force

Los Angeles, California — the list goes on. The number of black men gunned down in their prime by police officers is near epidemic in proportion.
So why are our police acting like this? Just what has gotten into our police force? If a FBI report is to be believed, white supremacists.
FBI warning bell ignored
In October of 2006, the FBI published a report called “White Supremacist Infiltration of Law Enforcement.” The unclassified report, while still heavily censored, warns that white supremacist leaders have “historically shown an interest in infiltrating law enforcement communities or recruiting law enforcement personnel.”
White supremacist presence among law enforcement personnel is also of concern due to the access they may possess to restricted areas vulnerable to sabotage and to elected officials or protected persons,” the report reads, adding that “intelligence acquired through the successful infiltration of law enforcement by one white supremacist group can benefit other groups” because of “multiple allegiances.
