At some point the public realizes there is a personality pattern showing Romney to be a serial liar with abusive tendencies. Each story you uncover gets more play and reinforces the impression.

He's spent too hard to get into this position, he's not going to just walk away.

I don't know that the news will be long forgotten as we will keep bringing it up. Over and over. As we should.

Romney is indeed their idiot.

I just heard a spot about him helping people find a missing daughter. The thing that should be socking is allowing a family and their pet to drown, or not joining a search of someone who has gone missing. I would think good deeds would be expected of a person who hold some kind of elevated position in church.

We need to use the same thing on Romney.

Keep bring the subject up.

When they try to make him sound like a warm and fuzzy guy, bring it up.
When they try to make him sound like a compassionate person, bring it up.
When they try to make him sound like a regular guy, bring it up.
Bring it up, bring it up, bring it up.

Also, include his wife's cars, his nascar owning friends, the dog on the roof, everything he has handed us on a silver or excuse me platinum platter to show him to be the arrogant, pompous, condescending, bigot that he really is.

Many years ago I was given a book by a Christian friend about the Mormon Church. The book, if the claims in it were true, would curl you hair. The book was obviously written from a hateful manner and was extremely anti-Mormon with a goal of inciting hate toward this "cult". I dismissed and discarded the book because I could see the same type of book being written about homosexuals, from the same denomination owned publisher. I couldn't see why I should trust the author and publisher to tell the truth. I have since heard some of the claims repeated from other sources so I am guessing there is at least some truth but how much is it being embellished?

Never the less, if the claims in this book are true. If Romney did some of those things. If it ever comes to light. Then Romney may have a real problem.

I would say that opinion ran probably 99-1 in favor of your position. There were a couple responses that thought it was still a developing story.

I posted from a point of wishful thinking, hoping for a measure of justice for all victims of bullying past and present. There's a part of me that wants to see Romney stick around, only so the issue stays in the mix through November. Now when people look at him, they'll be nodding at what he says but in their minds thinking "What a fucking bully." But there's a part of me who wants to see him forced to step down. John Lauber deserves no less.
