still be employed by the CPD. That includes any bystanders and whoever shot the photo. If someone was a bystander and didn't try to stop this, they're guilty. I don't give a shit that it happened ten years ago. People that callous and bigoted should not be LEO.

When posing with a downed deer, some hunters hold up the head; usually the tongue hangs out. Humans have to intentionally protrude the tongue.

Is it in bad taste? Yes. Why was the AA man going along with this? I don't know. Could be in the category of the AA man I saw at a bar near U. of Texas doing his fraternity initiation pledge: He wore a full t-shirt of the Confederate battle flag.

So it appears that the victim was severely beaten and then forced to pose for that picture instead of being taken for medical care.
