You want more? There is more. He will also play nice with the other countries, to defeat terrorism through diplomacy instead of doing war to everyone all the time. And, he reminded his audience (cough cough), he voted against the Iraq War because he knew at the time that it was bad and wrong, AHEM.
You can read all of his words, which will make you liberals liberal-swoon and then swoon some more. Sanders is hitting the road and heading to the early primary states, just like any other presidential candidate, but without ginormous corporate super PAC sponsorship, and he is going to have a civilized debate with the other Democratic candidates, like a grown-up, what a novel idea!
In conclusion, vote Bernie Sanders, for socialized healthcare, killing the banks with fire, making the government give everyone free stuff, saving the middle class and the planet, and a pint of Ben & Jerrys in every freezer.

(14,733 posts)in their 'chocolate chip' flavours (mocha, black raspberry, mint, etc) that I xould just sit and eat straight. And they're all different sizes - sometimes you bite into a chip that's the size of your fingernail, sometimes you get an enormous chunk of chocolatey heaven that's an inch and a half across and half an inch thick. They also do seasonal flavours (cinnamon, blueberry pie, etc) and a range of 'truffle' gelatos.

(39,343 posts)Why is it outlandish to suggest that we have some of the same things that the rest of the civilized world has?
Socialized healthcare? Why that's evil...
Free education? Not here...
Clean air and water and a decent infrastructure? Not on my watch Mr...
We don't have to sit by in debris and decay so that a few people can make more money than they know what to do with. They've done a great job convincing the dumbasses amongst us that we shouldn't want for these things now. I blame religion for co-opting the GOP and/or vice versa to convince the gullible that their only rewards should come up in the sky after they've led a life of suffering down here at the hands of the rich.

I would say he sounds like a good candidate for President - Just think what he would be able to do if elected.. And get a more workable Senate and Congress to boot... If he was able to do half of what he want to do - he could be as famous as FDR on the world stage.. Even if that is big footwear to step into - it is possible to follow in its footsteps - Even if the media for the moment is doing its best to ignore the man - they can not do that for long.... He have ideas who at least reason with me - and I am not even an american - And I suspect the ideas he have - is reason for many others too..

I agree - it is time to turn the tide - and push back..
And I from Norway - I have meet a few one here, whoes ancentory goes back to scandinavia or the nordic countries (Iceland and Finland is not part of Scandinavia, even if they are seen as familiy) And I like the signatour line - as the vikings was a force to recon with back in the days... And even if we who live today are little more peacefully than our viking ancestors - we still have it in us.... Down there... So beware of vikings
