Putting anti-Islamic messages on public transportation, really???
On edit- I believe you can say just about anything you want provided it isn't defamatory, libelous, or false. I just don't see how publicly funded institutions can be compelled to publicize it.

(39,171 posts)because they are a government entity, First Amendment prohibitions on prior restraint or bias make things very complicated when deciding what point of views are acceptable or not.
Banning the naked woman ad would be easy - it is not political in nature.
