A little more insight into the mind of Romney (if you can stomach it).

Form a story on Yahoo News' "The Ticket"

Mitt Romney apologizes for the ‘dumb things’ he did in prep school

~snip~

"Anyone who knows Mitt Romney knows that he doesn't have a mean-spirited bone in his body," Romney spokeswoman Andrea Saul said in a statement to the Post. "The stories of fifty years ago seem exaggerated and off base and Governor Romney has no memory of participating in these incidents."
It's worth noting that the Romney campaign, itself, is notorious for its pranks.

On April 1, Romney's campaign staff scheduled a speech for the former Massachusetts governor in a completely empty room.

"I think they're much funnier when I do them on other people than when they do them on me," Romney later said of the prank, captured by a campaign staffer on video. "But this was very good. This was classic."

Eric Fehrnstrom, a senior adviser to the Romney campaign, recently told the Hill that Romney is a "closet prankster." When Romney was governor, a state trooper on his security detail "short-sheeted" the bed in his hotel room, Fehrnstrom said. Romney retaliated by composing a fake letter from the hotel that said the maid staff had been fired.

Okay, so first we're to believe that Romney has no recollection of any of these incidents. Well I call bullshit on that. Look, I don't remember every single thing that I did in the four years I attended high school, but I would damn sure remember something like forcing another boy to the ground and cutting his hair off. So if it's really is true that Mitt doesn't remember, what does that actually say about his mental capacity?

Then we come to the present. It appears that Romney is still quite the "prankster". But look at the actual events: First we're told that after having a prank pulled on him, he claims that "they're much funnier when I do them on other people than when they do them on me". Of course they are Mitt, because you're a narcissistic control freak. Next we're told that after having a prank pulled on him Mitt retaliates by the oh so funny joke of telling the prankster that he had the "maid fired"! Gee whiz Mitt, that's a knee slapper!

To conclude I have come to a crossroads. Either Mitt Romney is an absolute IDIOT, incapable of even the most rudimentary thought processes, or he is clinically psychopathic. Either way, this man is not fit to loose in the general public, much less the highest elected official in the country.

And it doesn't matter to him or his people if he is a sociopath. He's rich and he's got BFEE backing. They don't care if he eats babies on Skype as long as he's in their pocket.

checklist for psychopath, and it's Mitt. It fits him perfectly. The actual diagnosis is antisocial personality disorder/psychopathic type.

He is NOT a sociopath, which is marked by early stints in jail as a teen, etc. And another difference is the definite complete lack of empathy and being motivated by self-interest alone. No fear. No remorse. Risk taking.

He got himself the PERFECT job. Destroying businesses, firing people. He put the family dog on top of the car. He bullied that boy and others. He IS a psychopath.

And Romney doesn't have one little bit of empathy for anybody. Combine the bullying behavior with the dog on the car roof with his love of firing people and running businesses into the ground and you have a psychopath. Add to that the fact that he doesn't have normal interaction with people, i.e., he has to fake normal human emotion, and I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever.

Then, there's a story that Ann Romney told about when they were seeing each other before they got married. She said he was incredibly jealous and possessive and she didn't like it. But that he explained to her that it was because he just loved her sooo much and then she understood.

That man has had her under his thumb like a possession since she was in her teens. That is how he regards her. Not as a person or a wife, but as a possession. Psychopath.

The last president they had was a psychopath.

The last candidate they had lose a presidential election was borderline senile.

And the current Republican candidate is a psychopath.

Add to that all the teabaggers, who are either psychopaths or sociopaths.

Is having your personality listed in the DSM-IV a requirement for being a Republican?

As a teacher at a middle school, I once took issue with a girl who was "indulging" in bullying. Her classic response was "It was a joke". I distinguished between bullying and a joke with the latter situation having both parties wholly understanding the humor of it all and the actor knowing the "recipient" would think it funny.

A bully at a boarding school elected as Commander In Chief is just as likely to bully nations who don't earn his "respect".
