Maybe I will change my Florida Driver's License to my Maiden Name

If these states will not recognize ALL of New York States marriages, then they recognize NONE of them, including straight couples, and MINE.

Since I live in the same town where that DMV clerk refused that gay man's marriage license and change of name, I will go to that office. I will tell that bigoted clerk that if Florida won't recognize all of NYS's marriages, then I am not married either. You are not going to get my NYS marriage license.

The states which recognize Marriage Equality should be FURIOUS over this. I know I AM.

1. The Constitution says:

"Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof." I don't see how Florida or any other state CANNOT recognize any NY marriage.
