CBS sets the trap, the right steps in it.

the recent cbs/ny times poll sure did get the right in a lather. All of the talking schmucks were going crazy over it. The right wingers sure did find love for cbs and the times all the sudden.

But what did the poll really try to get us to believe? That romney erased a 20 point gender gap in two weeks based on absolutely nothing at all? No huge events happened. Obama didnt accidentally insult every walking/working/breathing woman in America. Opinion doesnt shift 20 points in two weeks unless something major happens. It didnt.

So obviously something got screwed up in the cbs poll whether accidentally or purposely. I kind of think purposely myself because when was the last time anyone mentioned a cbs poll about anything now everyone is pointing to it. CBS gave the right wingers false hope and the right wingers, probably against their better judgment, bit. And now the truth.

Obama has a 7 point lead in a..... FOX NEWS POLL!!! and its probably a couple points higher than that actually.

How does hannity and orielly and the rest explain a 10 point swing in a few days from romney leading in cbs to obama crushing in fox?

Do they call their own fox news poll garbage and stick with liberal state media cbs? ACKKKKKKKKK!!!

Good job cbs!!

I sincerely doubt it. IMHO, it's just shitty polling on multiple people's part, plus more than a little confirmation bias.

Unless, somebody has validation, I really cannot accept your hypothesis.

But, if it is true, that would be nice. Let's see what others here say.

And any poll taken 6 months before the election is hardly worth getting worked up over.
