But...but Walker you said we were creating jobs!? WI lost 6200 jobs in April (new report)

At a time when Wisconsin's jobs statistics are under scrutiny as never before, preliminary data released Thursday showed that Wisconsin lost an estimated 6,200 private-sector jobs in April.

This is the second consecutive month of private-sector job losses in the state, according to the report from the state Department of Workforce Development.

Meanwhile, again according to the preliminary data, Wisconsin's state government added 500 jobs while the state's cities and counties shed jobs. Adding the net job gains in the government sector to the net losses in the private sector, the state lost an estimated total of 5,900 non-farm jobs in April from March.

But isn't the truth important? Actually No. It isn't.

People believe what they want to believe, especially when their minds are made up.

Walker and the CC's misinformation campaign has created a conflict over the numbers. Now both sides get to call the other side liars over the numbers.

The teahadists love this sort of fight. It motivates them.

Too bad the Dems don't have the money to capture the Divide and Conquer Youtubes. THAT would rekindle the emotions that pushed over a million people to march in Madison.

That would be motivating for the pro-labor voters of Wisconsin.

Too bad the DNC doesn't see Wisconsin as an important battle in a national fight--a fight that could motivate pro-labor voters all over the country...
but then maybe the DNC doesn't want to motivate pro-labor voters.
