Obama just tipped $31 on an $18 check, because some lighthearted news is good for a change

Now for a little lighthearted news. President Obama just gave a 174 percent tip, but of course, some people still had to complain.

which ordinarily are $5 a piece, so my guess is they undercharged him (being the president and all), so he made up the difference. Snow City is a good Democratic establishment formerly and maybe currently co-owned by our new mayor.
