Congress made no law allowing same sex marriage. Kim doesn't have Constitutional authority to issue marriage license to homosexual couples.

If you don't want to do your job, quit. It's disgusting that a couples happy day has to be marred by the likes of her. They're bullies and frauds. Think, they'd be standing with her if she refused to issue gun permits?
