Sarah Palin is so desperate to stay relevant that she wrote a 22 paragraph op-ed criticizing President Obama's recent trip to Alaska. She even had the nerve to double down on her claims that she could see Russia from her house.

and agree that she is probably desperate for attention. Most of the comments by locals that I've seen regarding the president's visit have been positive, glowing even. Sarah longs for the days when she had 80% popularity here (before she went off the rails and abandoned her elected post) and is jealous of how warmly the president was received. She is an object of ridicule in her home state, and she knows it.
