A little good news regarding a cop trial

The trials of each of the six defendants in the murder of Freddie Gray will remain in Baltimore. The fear was they would move the trials to one of the deep red parts of the state where white hoods are considered ordinary street wear and juries tend to reflect the populace.

The prosecution won another one last week, too, when they were able to sever the defendants. Now they can try the least culpable ones first so they can later be compelled to testify against the more guilty ones.

and I'm hoping Michelle Alexander and Ta-Nehisi Coates weigh in on trial issues (Baltimore's his home town).

Judge Williams seems like a judge who's out to avoid appeals.

Thanks for the post. I'm keeping my daily radar out for further news of this.

Nothing wrong with saying some of them are more guilty than others. Just don't say that during their trial in front of the jurors.

For instance even though the Ferguson cop asshole was not even indicted he sure as fuck is GUILTY of murdering an unarmed man.

For instance even though the cops that choked Eric Garner to death also will not face trial only a boorish pedantic fool would say that the cops were not GUILTY of murdering that man.

And to balance this out yeah I will say that I think OJ is guilty of murder too. Just not in a legal sense but guilty, fuck yeah.
