Calling Kim David Kim(eh) is ding-bat shaming

Last edited Sat Sep 12, 2015, 11:31 AM - Edit history (1)

It is with a heavy heart that I find myself having to point out to DU that it is engaging in the most cruel behavior or ding-bat shaming. There are people, who with no fault of their own, are born as ding-bats. They are being shamed by people pointing out their actions and their beliefs, by illustrating the absurdity of them, and that is just down-right mean. It like when people are voluntarily retarded and we keep pointing out the voluntary part, it's hurtful and I, for one, am embarrassed that we on DU, who should be above such heinous behavior, routinely sink to this level.

Stop ding-bat shaming now!

Edit:

People are taking me way too seriously. I thought the term "ding-bat shaming" would make this an obvious joke. Sorry about that

I'm totally serious about this! Through no fault of her own, except for the positions and beliefs she holds, she's a ding-bat. It's just so unnecessarily cruel for us to point out the absurdity of those things.

I myself wish that she read DU.

She's a fairly recent religious convert who in her zeal for her new found faith and non-exposure to the wider

world think's it's her duty to impose her beliefs (even though she just adopted them) on everyone else.

Little Miss Kimmie needs some serious "teaching moments" and she'd get them here.

but apparently failed I thought the whole "she's fine except for the positions she holds" would do it, and in fact I support ding-bat shaming wholeheartedly. At the heart of the whole post is that we tend to come up with terms at DU that put people in protected classes such that we can't make fun of them when they really need to be made fun of.

Sometimes I'm a little dense when the sarcasm seems too real.

I'm with you on Little Miss Kimmie needing a little dab of religious kook shaming.

A religious kook who puts her beliefs in front of her oath of office. The USA has a secular Constitution, and a secular government. (For details read the founders' writings.)

No more need be said. The extent that Ms. Davis does not uphold the law as interpreted by the US Supreme Court is the extent that she should be held in contempt, and jailed.

It is really simple. She is a very evil person and deserves all the ridicule she is receiving. I especially like the SitNextTo Kim Davis Twitter account.

Which is golden ridicule, which is all this fucking loony toon county clerk deserves.

She chose to be an ass and attempt to inflict her assery on other innocent people.
She's not a victim.

She is trying to subvert the constitution and help foster a theocracy.

getting pretty fucking old. This is posing as 'satire' but others here and elsewhere try to claim that religion is an inborn characteristic. That makes this 'satire' very unfunny.
