The fibber, Trump keeps saying Hillary is the worst Secretary of State (SOS) but by a long shot, Kissinger was thee worst. Have we forgotten about the Vietnam War? The Shah of Iran, and worse, the Arab Oil Crisis? Americans were truly harmed by this ridiculous man. Oh and then there's East Timor. Can you say genocide? The Kissinger gave explicit approval for the Indonesian dictator to commit genocide against the people of East Timor.
