Another faux right-wing war: The War on Cops

Many police officers believe there there is a war on cops which is being fueled by Black Lives Matter or “social media rhetoric.” It turns out there are actually fewer police deaths than ever before. "While appearing on CNN's State of the Union, Scott Walker tried to blame President Barack Obama for not doing enough regarding the rhetoric used by a handful of protesters. From CNN:

"He's praised them, but he's not speaking out about the fact that this rhetoric out there," Walker said.

"And when you've got people say, we have people say 'pigs in a blanket' at a rally, 'fry 'em up like bacon,'" he said. "That's the kind of thing you need to speak out about. You need to say that is wrong.””*
