But yeah, Backpfeifengesicht expresses it in a way that no English term can really match. I love German.

Do like I do and use a German keyboard
Or else, go to Start, All Programs, look for (in this order) Accessories, System Tools, Character Map
from the Character Map, choose what you want, click on copy, then Control+V to paste.

I think there are numerous ways to translate it, but I kind of prefer that one - especially in this case. I think it's one of my new favorite words/sayings.
