The hell on earth that has been created in formerly fairly peaceable Syria, from which millions and millions of folks are now fleeing for their lives - who wouldn't - is being unjustifiably blamed on American political and military strategy, or lack there of, hence the sorry looking straw-man being pulled (or is it rescued?) from the sea of skulls, by two vultures who represent......something.....who both "can't wait to see what they come up with next".

Hmmmm.....
