http://www.alternet.org/news-amp-politics/video-man-harrassed-police-eating-hamburger-his-carLuis Sadly sat in his parked car in a parking-lot at 2 AM and ate a hamburger while waiting for a friend.
Lets see, its 2 oclock in the morning. Youre parked here by yourself in a high crime, high drug area, replies the officer.
The officer then forced Sadly out of his car, handcuffed him, turned off his phone and illegally searched the car without consent.

(16,423 posts)2. Ah, that makes him one of the "good cops" I keep hearing about.
But seriously, what are the cops thinking how many bad apples are acceptable on the police-force?
Orrex
(63,169 posts)6. Yeah, you'd think that we'd reach the breaking point somewhere along the line.
It seems either that cop culture accepts these bad apples, in which case the culture is bankrupt and needs to be rebuilt from the ground up, or else hte bad cops reign over the good ones, in which case the culture is bankrupt and needs to be rebuilt from the ground up.
Not a lot of great options...

(64,827 posts)3. Must Have Been One Dangerous Looking Burger
Oh you know, you've seen them. Burgers with an evil glint in the eye and shifting side to side. The cop must have encountered one of those dangerous burgers before.

Shame on the cop and not surprising.
However, I keep saying in my head "Luis Sadly ate his burger. Luis Sadly got dressed. Luis Sadly looked in the mirror."
