Breaking: GOP elephant qualifies for handicapped tag.

Following an appeal by the Republican Party, the Washington D.C. DMV ruled that a review of the original decision found some significant procedural errors.

Carson Sommers, a spokesman for the DMV stated "After a review of the facts in the case, we have found that the GOP elephant is, in fact, eligible for a handicapped license plate and/or mirror tag."

Sommers went on to explain.
"There's no question that the gunshot wounds to the GOP elephant's feet were self inflicted. However, that does not negate the fact that this has rendered him as a functional quadriplegic. On review of their previous decision to deny the tag, the committee decided that the pachyderm was not entirely responsible for said wounds."

When asked who was responsible, Sommers said "I would only point to the Republican candidates for the presidency. That's all I have to say about that."
