there are a lot of different variations on perennial asters. do some googling around and see if you can find one that looks like it. Nice!

But we want them for the moths, butterflies, and bees.

The yard they were in had many kinds of flowers. But these were the ones all the insects were busy with.

They are carefree perennials and bloom all through the fall when everything else is dying.
